• • Email Address: The email address registered with your account.
• • Account Details: Any additional information to help us locate your account (e.g., organization name, if applicable).
• • Specific Request: Whether you want complete account deletion or deletion of specific data only.

For security purposes, please send the request from the email address associated with your AKM account. This helps us verify your identity and protect your data from unauthorized deletion requests.

Once we receive your data deletion request:

• • Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
• • Verification: We may contact you to verify your identity (1-3 business days).
• • Processing: Your data will be deleted within 30 days of verification.
• • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

In some cases, we may need additional time if the request is complex or if we receive a high volume of requests. We will keep you informed of any delays.

Once your data deletion request is processed:

• • Account Access: You will no longer be able to access your AKM account.
• • Connected Platforms: All connections to your marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.) will be disconnected.
• • Historical Data: All your historical analytics data, reports, and dashboards will be permanently removed.
• • Backups: Data in our backup systems will be purged according to our backup retention schedule (typically within 90 days).
• • Third-Party Services: We will request deletion of your data from any third-party processors we use.

⚠️ Please note: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure to export any data you wish to keep before submitting your request.

In certain circumstances, we may not be able to delete all of your data. These exceptions include:
