Quick fixes for common issues when using AKM.
Common issues
- Can’t access dashboard: confirm you are signed in and have an active plan if required
- Can’t connect platform: allow popups and retry, or use a private window
- No accounts after connecting: your platform user may not have access to any accounts
- Empty charts: check enabled sources and date range
- Frequent sign-out: sessions expire; role changes may require re-login
